Ms. Pooja Anand

It was my first time visiting a psychologist and to be honest it was a good experience. I mostly don’t share anything with anyone but she made it easy and comfortable for me to open up. The way she made me understand so many things and concepts in such a simpler way. She never forced me to come visit her but after talking to her it will be you who would want to keep visiting her. She made my very first experience to a psychiatrist wonderful.

It was wonderful experience. She was understanding and quite perfect with her approach, her advices helped me a lot.

My father suggested me to take therapy sessions with Dr. Pooja, at first I didn’t want to take any therapy from anyone even though I needed it but I gave it a try..felt stuck for some time but after a few sessions I noticed some changes that I thought I could never have(in a good way). I improved a lot compared to my past all because of her sayings like what should I do and not ..but still there’s a long way to go.

I went to pooja at a time when I was so demotivated, depressed and totally clueless abt my life. I was looking for someone who would hear me and give me a non judgemental view of how things were and should be. She is very sensible, accomodative in her sessions and very patient. I went for about 8/10 sessions but even today I look upto her if need be. Thank you
